room was clean. ok for stop over.
cannot classify coffee and toast as b'fast.(not even close to continental) thought with b'fast included it would justify the cost of the room. room was very dated , rugs were shabby. but..it was clean.

The check in staff was very friendly and helpful, there were several restaurants within walking distance, and the beds were decently comfortable.
The shower/tub had a significant valley in the middle, there was no drain cover, and the water backed up almost immediately - there was no way I could give my kids baths in there. There were stains on the rugs, the outdoor walls had broken areas and the outdoor carpeting looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The maid knocked on the door despite a do not disturb sign, and insisted on taking the towels even though we weren't ready for the room to be cleaned. When one of the people didn't let her in (we were in more than one room), she folded the dirty towels and placed them back up on the rack without washing them - they were still damp when we got in for the night. In the back parking area there was a broken down car with flat tires that had been there long enough that a significant amount of dirt and debris had settled around the tires undisturbed. The ice machine in the building was broken, and quite a lot of trash had been thrown into the drain of it. In one of the rooms, there were scorch marks on the outside of one of the outlets in the sink area, indicating there may be some wiring/electrical issues that could be potentially dangerous.

Room is clean with a nice bed. wifi is good
Even though it's a non-smoking room, yet, we can smell some trace of smoking. Exterior and the stairs are in bad shape.

Front desk person, (Michele?) sorry if I've remembered incorrectly, was very helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. Price was 1/2 of any other property in the area.
Toilet flushed very slowly, had to hold handle open to complete flush. WiFi was intermittent, at best. The entire property seems a bit "tired".

The bed was comfortable
The room still had bottle caps from a previous person under the desk. In order to use the microwave we had to move it from on top of the refrigerator down to the desk in order for the cord to reach to plug it in.

Fair price.
Breakfast left a little to be desired. No coffee maker in the room till we went and asked for one. One bed was right again to the heating/air unit.

The location was great Staff was very helpful.
Internet didn't work the whole time I was there. Cable was fuzzy. Building and grounds was poor condition. Over all was OK, but very over priced and wasn't compensated for cable and internet malfunction

The water was clean and hot for showers. The staff, when encountered, were nice. The price was low.
Often no one was at the desk. One morning no hot water at Breakfast and no staff. Heater was noisy. Person in adjacent room smoked all night and odor came through the wall.

What I paid for the room.
1. After checking in I asked the gentleman where our room was? He pointed to the building behind me and said" I think it's over in that building? So at 9:15pm I walked around the outside of the other building looking for my room. 2. When I finally found our room and opened the door the smell of cigarette smoke was quite noticeable. Not to mention the cigarette ashes on the floor beside the bed. I immediately went back to the office to report it. The desk clerk said " don't worry, we won't charge you". Not really the answer I was looking for. When checking out I again mentioned it , this time the desk clerk basically called me a liar. She said that room hadn't been occupied the night before so the ashes must have fallen off my shoes when I walked in. As far as the smoke smell she couldn't explain that and said it may have been something else and I was confusing it with cigarette smoke.
